Get oriented in Rukungiri, meet local educators and school partners, and get to know the communities where you'll spend the next two weeks.

Days 1-3: Founding Onboarding
Land in Entebbe, meet your inaugural cohort, and begin your introduction to the Mustard Seed School network.
Days 10-13: Partner Leadership
Deliver professional workshops designed for our long-standing Rukungiri peers.
16-Day Flagship
From the heart of Rukungiri’s classrooms to the serenity of Lake Bunyonyi, experience our first official educator journey in Uganda.
Days 4-7: Cultural Bridge Building
Start your co-teaching residency, evaluate your CQ, and design an impact project rooted in Andrew’s prior work in the district.
Day 14: Cohort Integration
Reflect on your inaugural experience during a meditative transit to the lake region.
Days 8-9: Savannah Rest
Explore Queen Elizabeth Park via boat and safari, finding rejuvenation amidst Uganda's incredible biodiversity.
Days 15-16: Heritage & Handoff
Engage with the Batwa community, finalize group goals at the lake, and return to Kampala for your flight, concluding a historic trip.
