THE FELLOWSHIP TIMELINE
Your Ecuador Journey
Day 1–2: Arrival & Orientation
Arrive in Ecuador for orientation and partner school introductions. Establish professional goals and begin your reflective journey in the Amazon.
Day 3–7: Classroom Immersion
Deepen your practice through active classroom immersion. Observe local pedagogy and begin meaningful exchanges with Ecuadorian educators.
Day 8–12: Collaboration & Co-Teaching
Engage in direct co-teaching experiences. Collaborate on lesson plans and share innovative strategies to transform your global classroom perspective.
Day 13–15: Reflection & Synthesis
Synthesize your learnings through professional reflection sessions. Prepare impact plans to bring back to your home school community.
Day 16: Departure
Conclude your fellowship and depart from Ecuador, carrying new insights and professional bonds forward.
